An early variety, favoured for its very tasty green peas with a sweet flavour. There are about 10 peas per pod. Plants are not tall – 60 cm tall. Suitable for fresh and frozen consumption. It is recommended to pick the ripe pods, as the peas are the tastiest when unhealed. The pods ripen 12 days after their appearance. It is important that the soil in which you sow the peas is free of weeds. Sow peas as early as possible. The peas need to be kept moist as they grow, which is the only way they will produce a long harvest. It grows and produces best in a sunny position on properly cultivated loamy or sandy loam humus soil, which is permeable to water and air.
15 g yields about 45-100 seeds.
15 g is enough for an area of 9 to 12 m²; the predicted yield in favourable growing conditions is 2 to 3 kg.
